Rob’s career in personal training began with a desire to learn more, and to grow and develop further as a person.
It didn’t take long before this desire to learn turned into his passion, something that he would go on to encouraging other people to do. Since starting at ONE PTS in 2012, Rob has gained vast experience and developed his skill set extensively, continuing to further improve not only himself, but his clients as well, constantly pushing their limits.
A huge believer in educating his clients and passing along as much knowledge as possible about how and why the body moves, Rob hopes that he can create a deeper understanding in all clients to help bring both a positive psychological and physical change in their lives that will last a lifetime.
Rob also specializes in training both training and educating kids, believing that establishing a good relationship with health and fitness in kids from a young age is essential for not only their physical health, but mental as well.
